Organization Background: 120 crore INR. Indian Energy Management/ Manufacturing organization with its HQ @ Bangalore and having All India network and in 5 other locations abroad.
Participant Profile: Application Engineers and Regional Managers handling sales and customer Service spread across all India in field and client sites.
Issue/ Problem Identified: Company was not growing at the same speed of their Associates – Distributors & Channel Partners.
Strategy: Three day residential workshop for identification of problem, defining the problem, and arriving at the action plan for growth plan. Brainstorming, Role plays, Imagination.
Outcome/ End Result: New strategy was conceived, decided to implement and the whole new way of sales Management “ GO DIRECT “ was adopted which took company into new heights.
